Jsme brněnský prodejce krmiv i dalších potřeb pro domácí i hospodářský chov s 15 letou tradicí a sortimentem čítajícím přes 17,5 tisíce položek. Zakládáme si osobním přístupu ke každému zákazníkovi i odborném poradenství, které pomáhá stovkám našich zákazníků orientovat se ve výživě, výcviku, preventivní péči i vztahu s jejich domácím parťákem.

Děláme vždy maximum i pro rychlé a přesné vyřízení objednávek. Tisíce položek jsme schopní pří dopoledním objednání odeslat ihned, další tisíce pak hned následující pracovní den. Vyřídíme takto naprostou většinu objednávek.

Zákazníkům dodáváme zboží po celé České i Slovenské republice (slovenský e-shop www.vasekrmivo.sk), nejblíže k nám však mají v Brně. Zde máme jak firemní prodejnu na adrese Loosova 1, Brno-Sever, Lesná, tak další 4 výdejní místa, v městských částech Vinohrady, Královo Pole, Bystrc a Bohunice. Další výdejní místo provozujeme i v našem expedičním skladu v Ochozi u Brna. Výhodou výdejních míst je možnost osobního vyzvednutí zboží bez velikostního i váhového omezení, což se u chovatelského sortimentu leckdy hodí.

Po celou naši historii nabízíme i doručení naším vlastním rozvozem. Naši zaměstnanci od pondělí do pátku s úsměvem doručují od ranních do pozdních odpoledních hodin domů i do práce na většinu brněnských adres i do některých přilehlých obcí.

Jedinečná je i naše zákaznická sekce. Každý registrovaný zákazník nejen sbírá věrnostní body, které lze proměňovat na slevy a další benefity, ale má také k dispozici celou svou historii objednávek, přímé odkazy na dříve nakoupené zboží i možnost na několik kliknutí v mobilu či na počítači jakoukoliv objednávku během několika vteřin zopakovat, což u pravidelných nákupů potěší. Navíc odpadá hledání zboží v široké nabídce e-shopu a riziko chyby při volbě toho pravého krmiva. Pokud ani na to není čas, tak je možné objednávku zadat i e-mailem či telefonicky.

Domain tracking
Yes For programs that have Domain Tracking available, we can also calculate orders from click-throughs that did not go through a standard affiliate link (the kind you would normally generate from our administration). The affiliate must have their site's domain registered in their profile, and if a referring URL from such a domain is recorded, we consider it an affiliate click-through even if it does not contain the standard tracking parameters. However, this is not a full-fledged alternative to tracking (equally accurate), but rather an additional option to track scenarios where the required parameters are lost in the browser or the link including the parameters cannot be placed on the site.

Propagation limits

Emailing without prior approval
Partners may not send out emailing without the prior consent of the advertiser or network, unless it is a regular emailing with a general offer of 3 or more advertisers or brands at the same time, which the users (recipients) have agreed to receive. Any form of spam is prohibited.
Misleading advertising
Partners may not use domain names or subdomains that contain the advertiser's brand in any form without the advertiser's consent. Partners must not prepare websites that include a web page or web pages designed in such a way that there is a risk of confusion with the advertiser's website. Partners must not set up social media profiles, pages or groups containing the advertiser's brand in their name without the advertiser's consent. Furthermore, they must not use fictitious and non-existent discount coupons or promotions or any other form of spam.
PPC on keywords (incl. brand) and direct arbitrage
Partners may not advertise on the advertiser's brand, any misspelled variations thereof, and other defined keywords in paid search results and on social media. And they may not use advertising in paid search results and on social media that will lead directly to the advertiser's website. If a partner wants to use PPC, they must direct traffic to their website.
Using coupons unintended for affiliate
Commissions on orders containing coupons that are not specifically intended for affiliate may not be approved.
B2B orders
If a commission is tracked with an order that is placed by a customer who is a long-term B2B customer and/or has a modified (B2B) price list, such a commission will be declined. This is not automatically the case for any order to be placed by a customer with IN/VAT number.
Misspelled domains with brand name
Partners must not use misspelled domains containing the advertiser's brand and any misspelled variations thereof.

I. Processing of personal data

A. If you contact us

If you enquire about our services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via enquiry form, email or telephone. These are in particular: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your query or requirements regarding our services, or any other data that you fill in the enquiry form or pass on to us as part of a further arrangement.

For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further arrangement regarding the services.

On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract negotiations at your request, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing on the basis of so-called legitimate interest.

How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.

B. If you are a visitor to our content and website

If you visit our website, we analyse what content has attracted you and led you to our website or third-party content. Thus, we track the so-called customer journey, most often using a URL (the so-called UTM parameter) in possible combination with an IP address and cookies. C. Processing of personal data in case of affiliate cooperation

If you enter into a cooperation with us, we will work with the data you fill in as part of the contract, the business deal or in the user section of our eHUB system. These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address/location and details of the services provided.

For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to provide you with the agreed products and services. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding services or your queries.
We also use the e-mail address for communication regarding cooperation - for example, information about the engagement or termination of cooperation with the partner/advertiser.
We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our obligations.

How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision.

D. Registration to the eHUB system

If you have chosen to work with us as part of an affiliate program and have registered for the eHUB system, we will also work with the registration data you provide to us at the time of registration and in the system. These are mainly: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, optionally also website and company.

For what reason?
We process personal data for the creation and maintenance of your account. We need it for our cooperation. The eHUB system is necessary for joining the affiliate program and the actual implementation of the program (i.e. providing our services within the affiliate program). For more information on why we need your registration to provide our services, please check our terms and conditions or contract.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract.

How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our cooperation. We will deactivate the account and delete the personal data within 7 days of the end of our cooperation, unless our contractual relationship or legal regulations imply a different deadline. In this case, we follow the time limit set out as follows.

E. Newsletters

We may use your email address to send you newsletters. We write the newsletter for you, but it may also contain information about our partners and advertisers.

On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows this, unless you have prohibited us from doing so.

How long will we process personal data?
2 years from the last time we provided our service. You can unsubscribe from the mailing at any time via email or contact us at the following email address: [email protected]


II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data will stay with us. However, there are some companies or individuals working for us who get access to the data because they help us run our company. These are:

  • advertising and marketing service providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, Seznam)
  • emailing service provider (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • IT specialists and hosting services (e.g. Sunfox s.r.o., Microsoft)
  • providers of accounting services and tax consultancy

Our company does not have a designated data processing officer. We process personal data within the European Union.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.

The GDPR gives you the right, among other things, to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations, and to request that we erase your personal data and in certain cases you have the right to portability. Consents granted are revocable at any time and processing on the basis of legitimate interest can be objected to.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
