What is eHUB?

We are a fair affiliate network that connects brands with content creators. We have been developing our own affiliate software for years and provide affiliate marketing services to our clients. Our clients include brands such as Alza.sk, Smarty, mBank, Bonami, iStyle, Brainmarket, Partners Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Pompo, Portu, and hundreds of other larger and smaller clients.

Our service genuinely helps clients increase their revenues, so they are happy to recommend us further. We only sell what we believe in and what has measurable benefits.

We have been on the market since 2010 and are steadily growing. We are currently looking for a salesperson who will help us reach more e-shops in the Czech market and take us further.

What will you do?

  • Leading online meetings with potential clients – everything is closed online, so no travelling.
  • You will be reaching out to new potential clients by phone – purely sales-focused.
  • You will get tips on potential clients – going directly to decision-makers.
  • Phone, email, Slack, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn will be your main work tools.
  • You will be part of an experienced sales team that has your back.
  • Working with AI tools that will help you with sales cases and improve your sales skills.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone – and knows the first minutes matter.
  • If you have done cold calling before, it’s an advantage. But we will be happy to train you if you have drive and the desire to grow.
  • A partner who can stay focused on the result.
  • Ideally full-time, but we are open to part-time cooperation as well.
  • Someone who appreciates a fair business model and long-term cooperation.

What do we offer?

  • The possibility to earn CZK 100,000 per month or more – based on performance, with no cap (fixed + performance-based component).

Processing of personal data

If you contact us

If you enquire about our services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via enquiry form, email or telephone. These are in particular: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your query or requirements regarding our services, or any other data that you fill in the enquiry form or pass on to us as part of a further arrangement.

How long will we process personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.

If you are a visitor to our content and website

If you visit our website, we analyse what content has attracted you and led you to our website or third-party content. Thus, we track the so-called customer journey, most often using a URL (the so-called UTM parameter) in possible combination with an IP address and cookies. Processing of personal data in case of affiliate cooperation

If you enter into a cooperation with us, we will work with the data you fill in as part of the contract, the business deal or in the user section of our eHUB system. These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address/location and details of the services provided.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to provide you with the agreed products and services. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding services or your queries.

We also use the e-mail address for communication regarding cooperation - for example, information about the engagement or termination of cooperation with the partner/advertiser. We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our obligations.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision.

Registration to the eHUB system

If you have chosen to work with us as part of an affiliate program and have registered for the eHUB system, we will also work with the registration data you provide to us at the time of registration and in the system. These are mainly: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, optionally also website and company.

For the duration of our cooperation. We will deactivate the account and delete the personal data within 7 days of the end of our cooperation, unless our contractual relationship or legal regulations imply a different deadline. In this case, we follow the time limit set out as follows.

Newsletters

We may use your email address to send you newsletters. We write the newsletter for you, but it may also contain information about our partners and advertisers.

On what legal basis?

Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows this, unless you have prohibited us from doing so.

How long will we process personal data?

Who gets access to the data?

Your data will stay with us. However, there are some companies or individuals working for us who get access to the data because they help us run our company. These are:

  • advertising and marketing service providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, Seznam)
  • emailing service provider (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • IT specialists and hosting services (e.g. Sunfox s.r.o., Microsoft)
  • providers of accounting services and tax consultancy

Our company does not have a designated data processing officer. We process personal data within the European Union.

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
