If you enquire about our services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us,
mainly via enquiry form, e-mail or telephone.
These are in particular: your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, your query
or requirements regarding our services, or any other data that you fill in the enquiry form
or pass on to us as part of a further arrangement.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further arrangement regarding the services.
On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract negotiations at your request,
or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – processing on the basis of so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation,
we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
If you are a visitor to our content and website
If you visit our website, we analyse what content has attracted you
and led you to our website or third-party content.
Thus, we track the so-called customer journey, most often using a URL (the so-called UTM parameter)
in possible combination with an IP address and cookies.

Processing of personal data in case of affiliate cooperation
If you enter into a cooperation with us, we will work with the data you fill in as part of the contract,
the business deal or in the user section of our eHUB system.
These are mainly invoicing data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number,
address/location and details of the services provided.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to provide you with the agreed products
and services.
We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding services or your queries.
We also use the e-mail address for communication regarding cooperation - for example,
information about the engagement or termination of cooperation with the partner/advertiser.
We will also process personal data to fulfil our legal obligations
(mainly for accounting and tax purposes).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract
and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our obligations.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last provision.
Registration to the eHUB system
If you have chosen to work with us as part of an affiliate program
and have registered for the eHUB system,
we will also work with the registration data you provide to us
at the time of registration and in the system.
These are mainly: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, optionally also website and company.
For what reason?
We process personal data for the creation and maintenance of your account.
We need it for our cooperation.
The eHUB system is necessary for joining the affiliate program
and the actual implementation of the program (i.e. providing our services within the affiliate program).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our cooperation.
We will deactivate the account and delete the personal data within 7 days of the end of our cooperation,
unless our contractual relationship or legal regulations imply a different deadline.
In this case, we follow the time limit set out as follows.
Newsletters
We may use your e-mail address to send you newsletters.
We write the newsletter for you, but it may also contain information about our partners and advertisers.
On what legal basis?
Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, allows this,
unless you have prohibited us from doing so.
How long will we process personal data?
2 years from the last time we provided our service.

Who gets access to the data?
Your data will stay with us.
However, there are some companies or individuals working for us who get access to the data
because they help us run our company. These are:
- advertising and marketing service providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, Seznam)
- emailing service provider (e.g. Mailchimp)
- IT specialists and hosting services (e.g. Sunfox s.r.o., Microsoft)
- providers of accounting services and tax consultancy

Our company does not have a designated data processing officer.
We process personal data within the European Union.
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
The GDPR gives you the right, among other things,
to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you,
to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing,
to request a copy of the personal data we process,
to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations,
and to request that we erase your personal data and in certain cases you have the right to portability.
Consents granted are revocable at any time
and processing on the basis of legitimate interest can be objected to.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly,
you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or take your claims to court.
